1. Platform Overview

CryptoKart.co.in is a digital crypto exchange platform that enables users to buy and sell USDT using supported blockchain networks including BEP20, TRC20, and ERC20. Payments are accepted via UPI, Bank Transfer, and Cash Deposit Machines (CDM).

2. Order Creation & Payment

• Orders must be placed only with genuine intent to trade.
• Payments must be completed strictly within the allotted order time.
• Payments made after order expiry will not be accepted or refunded.
• Any fake, prank, or misleading orders will result in permanent suspension.

3. No Bank Freeze Policy

CryptoKart uses verified and secure payment procedures to minimize the risk of bank account freezes. Users are solely responsible for ensuring transactions are made from their own verified accounts in compliance with applicable laws.

4. P2P Transaction Policy

• All transactions are manually reviewed and verified by the admin team.
• Official communication channels must be used for payment confirmation.
• USDT will be released only after successful verification of payment.

5. KYC & Security

• KYC verification may be requested to prevent fraud or misuse.
• Sensitive information must be shared only through official channels.

6. Communication

7. Scam & Misconduct Policy

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or misleading activity is prohibited.
• Off-platform dealings are strictly not allowed.

8. Refunds & Disputes

• No refunds after transaction approval.
• Disputes must be reported directly to admin.
• Admin decisions are final and binding.

9. Disclaimer

CryptoKart shall not be responsible for losses arising due to user negligence, delayed payments, or unauthorized transactions.
